Terms of Service

By accessing or using SabarraaPay Connect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is available only to users who have been invited by an authorized party (merchant, administrator, or the platform owner), are at least 18 years old, and can form a legally binding contract in their jurisdiction.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and enable available security controls.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date account, business, and payout information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose within your assigned role.

You agree not to:

• Process transactions related to fraud, illegal goods, or restricted businesses.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or platform security controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without written consent.
• Submit false disputes, chargebacks, or supplement requests.
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users or customers.

Fees, commission rates, and settlement schedules are set per account and per payment method by an authorized administrator. Amounts collected are net of applicable platform, gateway, and network fees. Withdrawals may require approval and are subject to blockchain network conditions and available balances.

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for actual or suspected violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or a payment partner. Suspension may include holding funds pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabarraaPay, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by SabarraaPay and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SabarraaPay is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
