SabarraaPay ("we", "us", "our") collects information that you provide directly, information generated as you use the platform, and information from third parties needed to process payments and secure the service.

When your account is created, we collect your name, business or trading name, email address, phone number, role (merchant, agent, employee, or administrator), and any KYC or onboarding details required by the party that invited you.

To process transactions, we collect and store transaction amounts, currency, payment method, gateway references, wallet balances, commission records, and withdrawal details (including crypto wallet addresses for BEP20 and TRC20 withdrawals). Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment gateway partners and are not stored on our servers.
